The following terms, when used in these Terms and Conditions, carry the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires.

By accessing the wj2w platform, registering an Account, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Your continued use of the wj2w platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

To register and maintain a wj2w Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling. There are no exceptions.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the platform in your personal capacity.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where use of wj2w would constitute a violation of applicable local law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, agent, or affiliate of wj2w or any of its associated game providers.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the wj2w platform through self-exclusion, operator-initiated suspension, or any PAGCOR-mandated exclusion programme.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under Philippine law.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the wj2w platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly through account settings if it changes.

wj2w operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification programme as required by its compliance obligations. KYC verification is mandatory before withdrawals above specified thresholds can be processed. Accepted Philippine government-issued identification documents include:

• Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID (PhilSys)
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Land Transportation Office (LTO) Driver's License
• Philippine Passport issued by the Department of Foreign Affairs
• Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Voter's ID
• Philippine Postal ID (PhilPost)
• Social Security System (SSS) ID or GSIS eCard

wj2w reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for the purpose of identity verification, source-of-funds verification, or anti-money laundering compliance. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restriction or closure.

All deposits and transactions on the wj2w platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). wj2w does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction unless otherwise specified for specific payment methods or promotions.

wj2w accepts deposits through the following verified Philippine payment channels:

• GCash — Instant credit upon successful transaction confirmation
• PayMaya (Maya Bank) — Instant credit upon successful transaction confirmation
• BPI Online Banking — Credit within 1–2 hours on banking days
• BDO Online Banking — Credit within 1–2 hours on banking days
• Metrobank Online — Credit within 1–2 hours on banking days
• Over-the-Counter Cash Deposits — Same business day processing

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are your own and are not derived from any illegal activity. wj2w reserves the right to refuse deposits from payment instruments that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered Account holder. Third-party deposits (deposits made from a payment account in a name different from the registered Account holder) are not accepted and will be reversed.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the wj2w cashier interface. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to a payment account registered in the same name as the wj2w Account holder.

For KYC-verified accounts, standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash: 5–30 minutes, processed 24 hours a day including weekends and Philippine public holidays
• PayMaya (Maya Bank): 5–30 minutes, same schedule as GCash
• BPI / BDO / Metrobank: 1–4 hours on banking days; next banking day for requests submitted outside banking hours

Accounts that have not completed KYC verification are subject to withdrawal holds and reduced processing limits until verification is complete. wj2w strongly encourages all Players to complete KYC verification at the earliest opportunity after registration.

wj2w reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that fall outside normal Player activity patterns. In such cases, processing may be delayed by up to 48 hours while verification is completed. Players will be notified of any such delay through their registered contact details.

wj2w may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins equivalents, cashback programmes, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players aged 21 years and above only.
• Each Player is entitled to claim a specific promotion only once unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times through the use of multiple accounts or payment methods constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") specified in the relevant promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn.
• wj2w reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions may not be combined unless expressly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Unused Bonus Funds will expire and be removed from the Account upon expiry.
• Maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus winnings may apply as specified in individual promotion terms.

All games made available on the wj2w platform operate under the rules and specifications of the respective game providers. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the specific rules of each game before placing Wagers. Game rules are accessible within each game interface.

All wj2w casino games use independently tested and certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") software. Published Return to Player ("RTP") percentages are the actual certified values provided by game providers and represent long-term statistical averages. wj2w does not modify game RTP parameters.

In the event of a malfunction of any game, software error, or technical fault that produces an incorrect outcome or erroneously credits an Account, wj2w reserves the right to void the affected Wagers and correct the Account Balance accordingly. Any funds credited as a result of a malfunction are not due to the Player and must be returned. wj2w will notify affected Players of any such correction.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wj2w platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one Account ("multi-accounting") or registering an Account on behalf of another person
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration or verification
• Attempting to defraud wj2w or any other Player through collusion, match fixing, software exploitation, or any other fraudulent method
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or place Wagers
• Exploiting software errors, game malfunctions, or platform vulnerabilities in order to obtain an unfair advantage
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the wj2w platform to launder money
• Allowing a person under 21 years of age to access or use your Account
• Using VPN, proxy services, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or disguise your true location
• Engaging in any form of abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward wj2w staff or other Players through any platform channel
• Sharing Account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to operate your Account

wj2w Casino is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm among its Players. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible through every Account at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 7-day cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Players may cap their maximum losses within a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum continuous session durations with automatic logout upon expiry.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session notifications displaying time elapsed and net session outcome.

wj2w reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a requested timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder
• Instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory or law enforcement authority
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, wj2w may forfeit the Account Balance in whole or in part. Where closure occurs for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player through their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account in good standing may do so by contacting wj2w 24/7 live chat support. Account closure does not affect the survival of any term of these Terms and Conditions that is expressed or implied to survive closure.

All content on the wj2w platform — including but not limited to the wj2w brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, text, graphics, and user interface elements — is the property of wj2w or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wj2w platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the wj2w platform without prior written authorisation from wj2w.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, wj2w shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or loss of goodwill, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if wj2w has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

wj2w does not warrant that the platform will operate error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful code. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability of the platform or specific game categories. wj2w will use reasonable efforts to notify Players of scheduled downtime in advance.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit wj2w's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by Philippine law.

wj2w collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at wj2w.org/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

wj2w implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no internet transmission is entirely secure, and wj2w cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to or from the platform.

wj2w may be required to disclose your personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law. Such disclosures will be made in accordance with legal requirements and will not require your prior consent where disclosure is mandated by law.

wj2w reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, wj2w will provide reasonable advance notice through one or more of the following channels: a notice displayed within the platform upon login, an email notification to your registered email address, or a notification through your Account dashboard.

Your continued use of the wj2w platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 11. The current version of these Terms is always available at wj2w.org/terms-conditions.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and wj2w, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through wj2w's 24/7 customer support channel. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to arbitration or the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

wj2w operates in alignment with PAGCOR's regulatory framework. Players may direct complaints relating to regulatory compliance matters to PAGCOR in accordance with the procedures published by PAGCOR for online gambling dispute resolution.
